The two founders

Niclas Kupfer – Founder & Quality Manager

I am a molecular biologist with several years of professional experience working in accredited testing laboratories and public regulatory institutions. As the founder of AlimentaLab GmbH, I focus on combining scientific expertise with practical laboratory experience to provide reliable analytical services for the food and feed industry.

In my role as Quality Manager, I am responsible for maintaining high analytical standards and ensuring that all laboratory processes meet strict requirements for accuracy, reliability, and transparency.

Patrick Grube – Founder & Head of Laboratory

I am a molecular biologist with several years of experience in testing laboratories and public regulatory institutions. As co-founder of AlimentaLab GmbH and Head of Laboratory, I oversee the daily laboratory operations and ensure that all analyses are performed efficiently and according to high scientific standards.

My focus is on maintaining reliable laboratory workflows and delivering precise analytical results that support our clients in quality assurance and product safety.
